if they forged and you take them to a place that doesnt know what they are doing and they heat them too much in the powercoating process then they become weak and can crack
i did alot of research into that when i was going to get my factory ray's wheels powdercoated that were on my Z. you need to take them to place that has experience with forged wheels, then you will be ok.
I think all of those are too busy. I'd get something much simpler. Simple works. Out of yoru choices though I like number 2.

yeah, i just picked the bbs out of the choices u gave
1. BBS. Stock wheels are ... well, stock wheels.
2. Your offset did not eat through your tires. Your camber did. Or your alignment. Probably both.
3. It's powDercoat. not power. POWDER. lol. and when it comes to wheels, i'd powdercoat them. paint chips and flakes. powdercoating doesn't.
[quote=u8myore0;38542785]2. yea my offset with my suspension set up gave me negative camber leading to heavy tire wear

from the pictures, those wheels look to have a pretty normal/stock offset. knockoff wheels generally dont use crazy offsets unless you specifically order them that way (IF the manufacturer even gives the option, which most of them dont) ... the higher the number, the closer to "stock" you get.
if you dont want to eat tires, you need to either raise your car up, or get a camber kit and bring your camber back out - which when you do this, you'll find if you're too low, your tires will actually be hitting the fender. to have a really low car, you HAVE to run negative camber to be able to fit your tires inside of your fender.... which you were just talking about going lower, which is going to eat more tire.
just sayin.
Toxxic offset effects camber FYI. Wheels with crazy offset usually cause a ton of negative camber especially when you lower a car.
Ever seen a Cadillac on daytons?
