All Wheel studs broke simotaniously

the lugs streched past yeild then the impact loading of bumps and small vibrations

The nuts came off because they were the wrong thread pitch.

buddy of mine is a master tech at Toyota...I was using his Matco impact
to tighten lugs he said and i qoute "make sure you turn down the the level/pressure
on the gun, if not we'll br replacing luggs"

Anyone that puts lug nuts on with an impact has less brain cells than the lug nuts themselves.
