factory sleeves=400-450whp for a good amount of life. 500whp if you're not too concerned with anything past 8mo-yr (it may last longer than that too).
are you running the ls head or a vtec head...what about intake manifold? ls intake and head will hold you back from exceeding the sleeves unless there is extensive headwork.
you want to make power from timing and boost. you want to be at the optimal timing for all boost settings. i don't know if i really know what you're asking, but you don't want to just keep turning up the boost without tuning the timing as well. too little timing=higher cyl temps and poor power production.
