As said before the M45 isn't a very efficient blower. It will only put out about 10-11psi and on most motors that's technically overspinning it. At the rated RPM limit the blower has a temperature delta of nearly 150 degrees. Without an intercooler at about 9 psi you'll have temps getting to nearly 250 degrees in the summer which will kill your power and possibly the motor too.
