I just got my real estate license and the commision kicks ass so I'm now in the market for an upgrade and must stay true to me being different. I wanted the Solstice or Redline but if I can save a little and get more I wouldn't mind the cobalt as the tuner car in the garage while I save for a chill lux 4-dr daily.

Commission is garunteed no matter how depreciated the value of the house gets. No matter what you're doing your job in listing, finding, inspecting, and finalizing the purchase on the house. The market right now is only in bad shape for those wanting to sale their house. It's a buyers market and with more people buying the more chances you have to be their agent

Take a **** in your hand, hold it up to the light and that is my opinion on the Cobalt.

If you're gonna do it, overdo it.
