A lot. Don't expect to be able to just do bolt ons to that SOHC and expect close to 200. All the basic bolt ons, heaters, cat back, test pipe, air intake, etc. etc. probably would put you at about 120 ish(I'd assume, honda guys chime in) And since you said you want it reliable and fairly cheap I doubt you will go turbo.
