uhhh... this is the non-vtec sohc zc, so the oil plug in the block was pulled.

Well, we torqued everything down, and put the engine and tranny back in the car and wired it up. Now the problem.................

When I try and start the car, it turns over, but never starts. I think it might have to do with the spark or something because the car makes the same noise no matter if the spark plugs are in or out!

If anyone can give me some advice or help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Just so you know The Compression will go up a Little but thats the only change you will see..

Edit: Be sure to put the damn Oil Plug back in that block.. . The ZC block was Vtec so there is no need in pulling it...
