^ and seems like to me he needs to hope that the papers never get to her so that it will get done cheaper without her fighting lol!! my sister is going through this right now and i claim 1 of her kids becaue i help raise all 3 of them. I went through the hole child claim thing last yr with there dad.but a the end of the day 3 months later i won because they live with me and all there doctors bills come to me
