i dont need the internet to make decisions i am asking people that has dealed with a ls integra before.

This has nothing to do w/ what kid of car it is. ANY car can be boosted or sprayed. The rules don't change. And those rules are simple - they are based on how healthy the motor is from the start... which is why I said 1) compression check 2) leak-down test 3) dyno pull (optional, but is great for measuring your gains from stock).

i am use to having cars with vtec or factory turboed cars.

If that's the case then why the inquiry? The rules don't change much.
