Weird things about your car.

-You have to pull my door handle twice to open it from the inside. Once to unlock and the other to open. (People just try to rip it off.)

My car is the same way. I guess it's a safety thing so that your passengers dont open the door while the car is running.

-This weird "bing bing bing" noise alerts me when it is 37 degrees. (37? wtf?)

That's a good feature, my car has it too. Your car telling you that the roads may be icy.
