In cobb county they can pull you over and give you a ticket if your exhaust is over a certain decibal...they started enforcing that late last yr. Most counties have this law but only a few certain ones enforce it. It's not that they have nothing to do. It's that it's noise pollution and people complain about it. I mean my car wasn't overly loud or anything but I avoided certain areas in cobb b/c of that law. It's just like you car stereo.
