well, exterior mods on a car are an expression of the owner's character, style, or taste. normally it's a combination of all the mods that shows us what the owner is like. however, this car from what i can see has only one mod and that would be those wheels. that being said, in my opinion that car already screams "gayness" with just the one mod. so, it's safe to conclude that the owner is obviously a flaming homosexual.
