    I'm not surprised it was close but gotta remember the Power to Weight Ratio in the 1 series is pretty good. If next year you can get a used one for a round 25 I'd consider it. But I can only Imagine what aftermarket stuff for it costs.

    Understandable. Personally I still don't understand why the went with the V8 platform over just tweaking the 335i and getting another 100whp out of that motor.

    I talked to a guy at the BMW dealer a few months ago and he said the top of the line 1 series was supposed to be either a single or twin turbo model cant remember. But either way it was supposed to have some sort of forced induction. Maybe that helped in why it was so quick.

    im very impressed with the nismo Z's performance. it beat the 135i-which beat the M3-so that mean nismo 350z pwns M3 lol. well thats my reasoning and im sticking to it! and in the slalom the Z seem really well balanced and planted, the 135i was all over the place. it had some crazy body roll. nissan pwns BMW lol!!!!!!!!!!

    Umm you must be blind but the Z lost to the 1 series in all tests. Personally I thought the S2000 looked the most controlled through the slalom

    yeah the s2k was the best in the slalom. but the Z beat the 135 in the drag.look at times. plus in japanese, i dont speak japanese. the z did 13.76 vs. 13.77 the 135i did. i double checked and i was right. but it did look like the 135 messed up shifting. the nismo Z is set up for track not drag anyway.

    Dude you are dumb and blind. The 135i had the fastest time in the 1/4 the Z came in third. And I looked again the Z lost to the 135 again. Sorry the car is not that great.The video doesn't lie.

    All these cars seem slow =( and I have raced a new V8 M3 on I75 was quick but falls far from being fast.

    If any one is lookin for a nismo 350z we have a white one with 10k on it at Team Nissan of Marietta. Not tryin to sell but i know how hard these cars are to find and being an enthusiast forum thought i would share. If you are interested pm me, i would like to keep it off this thread.
