with stock clutches i heard they did have problems and that was coming from an evo owner. but for the most part they are reliable. and i think TBE evos run low 13s high 12s? correct if i am wrong. if thats what they run yeah i think he might pull a bit.

stock clutch is the weak point, yes. but i've been running 12s for a while with a stock clutch, no problems. it's getting worn because of the hard launches, but that's to be expected.

upgrade to an aftermarket and no problems. i think people blow transfer cases when they don't know how to launch correctly and they dump the clutch at 7k rpms. that would mess up most cars.

    Val for President.

yeah it does.....do you forget that easily?

just check the second page of the kills forum and you clearly state a Cobra pulled on you, and then you shut it down, which means you lost.

yes they have, and it was more of a joke to Val and all the other EVo owners that just LOVE me

but yeah they have had Tcase and clutch issues so before you call anyone a dumbass do some research. some EVo owners have just been lucky.. i guess its just that nothing breaks on the STi like it does on an EVO
