Kayfunk is a cool guy, he messes around alot and surprisingly alot of people can't catch sarcasm (with hints of mcnoobins road and 90000000 hp...) ... but whatever, the cobalt ss might be a neat car for its class... but its still not in the range of a 350.. when my car was stock i barely pulled on kayfunk's Z when we had rolling starts and I'm pretty sure your car would not keep up with a stock evo... but who knows! streets can always have alot of bullshit happening

Yea seriously i dont know about this SpeedMonkey Z, i have beaten stock 350's and as i may have joked about them not racing they were fair races.. and im not talking about someone i didnt know on the highway, they are people i was friends with, digs and rolls, automatic and manual granted i dont think my car is some sort of amazingly fast car.... and i have lost to them but it has never been by more than a door. And the ones ive beaten, my brothers PT has beaten worse (yes pt cruiser). And Kayfunk.. you havent answered the question, is the Z stock or not?Originally Posted by R.Kelly

Jsut for somefor you guys on the Cobalt SS....be careful when running against some of them. Most people dont now but there is 2 Staged Packages for them...becuase they werent selling good the first year they came out and they where still slow...Chevy has made a 2g upgrade package for them that ups them from 170whp to 210whp....witha slight weight reduction...so if you have ever driven the Stage 2 version if you can ever find one...they move pretty quickly. Then with some upgraded pulleys and exhuast they can make a bit more PSI and about 15-20 more whp!!!! Just figured i would let you guys now!!!
G85 package is what ur talking about... look for recaro seats.. they are also underated its 210 @ 5500 but i know a certain stock one that dynos 229 @ 6500 just fyi

my intake/exhaust 350z put down 2+whp and 1.5+wtq over stock.. and i beat him.
i love how people sleep on 350z's.. mostly because they race stupid drivers that think the car has enough down low power to start @ a higher gear.. makes my car seem abnormaly fast for what it is. lol .

We ( my brother and I) are aiming all of these 350z comments towards Kayfunk, Speedmonkey, im not sure if your Z is a factory freak or something, but your kills are impressive (especially for the mods you listed). So im not doubting your Z at all, However i do have a couple of unspecified mods about to make friends with the Cobalt and i wouldnt mind running you then, but it will take a little bit of time. You seem pretty levelheaded and cool (SpeedMonkey), its not you that we have the problem with.
