My original statement was not incorrect, you took it incorrectly. I know he made the list, but it didn't mean shit till everyone else started talking about it. With that said, not once in my second statement that you quoted does it say "BEAT" it says "HANG" the kills forum does actually state that its a competition section for the faster cars on the site, 12 sec. or faster cars.
