He needs to come hang out on the Evo forums or GTR forums. Theres a bunch of street vehicles that are in the 700HP range and are not drag vehicles. Hell I think Forged has a couple of 700+ STi's Evo's and GTR's. I think one is in the 960 range. Batlground just completed a 800 hp Evo.
