We did a race from 80-130. I'm in 3rd gear, did 3 honks and were off. He gets the initial jump from the little bit of lag i had. I stopped it pretty quick as through 4th gear i was reeling him in and was side by side with him. 5th gear comes and i'm pulling on him. By the time i shut down at 130 I had about a car lead on him. I was really impressed on how my car performed and the guy gave me a thumbs up. My first really good kill with my car.

doesnt sound like a stock M3 either, with those #'s (assuming your powerband is decent, and good gearing) you should destroy a stock M3 fairly easy.

was this a red m3 with the big BBS 19's-20's?

It was red but as far as rims goes they looked stock. I didn't ask what mods he had.
