I can and will label him a shitty driver until he learns how to drive right. Not knowing how to drive includes taking forever to shift, not knowing which gear to start in, etc. I don't believe any of us v8 and v10 guys on IA think we are unbeatable. Just a little more in the reality of how fast or slow are cars actually are. Yes, some in the world think they are unbeatable. But there is a difference between knowing you will beat a certain car and thinking you will beat everyone.

You're right. But the funny thing is that no one on IA can beat him that I know of. Except these mystical 9 second 1800 lb hatch Civics that no one ever sees. Or maybe that one Supra in some northern state with $xxx,xxx in it. But I know v10sloboy's Viper would drag your car down the road. It would go by you so fast it would suck the front end off your 240.

I dont think there is anything mystical about the civics because I have personally seen them run along with most of the IA crowd that goes to the track.

Why do you compare a xxx,xxx supra to your friends viper like the amount of money spent makes it an unfair comparison, if so than your friend has well over 100k in is viper and I have a grand total of 7k including the price of the car and what used to be a paintjob. That means I can build like 13 viperslayer to the 1 that might be able to run me.

You are right, there is no camparison to a 240 and a viper. I would much rather spend 10k on building a car that will out run and out handle a viper rather than break the bank trying to afford a car because of the name of a car and the stares that you get while driving it. Just like the viper owner I beat, he even told us that he still has the dealer tags on it because he cant or doesnt want to pay taxes on the car.

Let me guess, when I spanked that boosted ws6 it was because of driver error because nobody can beat a T/A unless u are driving a T/A. I know your car is fast but I am calling bs unless you can show slips for a 10sec pass. And i was waiting for you to bring marshalls name up since every time i see him I see you. It is possible he perfers a quick n/a car from the factory instead of putting thousands into it just to get it running decent. Then on top of that decided to add even more. Actually, a good driver could make all the difference. You may know what car I drive but I doubt that Speedmoney guy does. That is the point I was making. And you can't even compare that sorry excuse for a turbo WS6. He had that awesome STS rear mounted turbo system that couldn't stop leaking oil. That car would have been extremly lucky to brake 400 rwhp. Hope you didn't believe those hp numbers he was yelling out. You really aren't in a place to call bs. Just because you may have seen my car in a parking lot doesn't mean you know what's done to it. I never let you look inside at the interior much less under the hood. But the flames do add an extra 100-150 at the wheels. I don't carry around my dyno sheets or timeslips in my car in case some import guy is calling bs. I couldn't care less what you think. If you knew any about v8's and turbos you'd realize how shitty of a system that is. You can get more power with bolt ons. That is the point. You can't brag about beating that car. No, I don't drive a turbo car. If you are the guy that asked to race after I just got back from running on the hwy, then yes I turned you down. Because on the way back we passed 2-3 cops. I don't feel like getting pulled over because of racing. If it was you, I told you I would race you the next weekend. And I was out the next weekend. So i bought a corvette. I might have a viper now but i still own 2 imports. A 94 bmw mtec one of 150 ever made. And one of the best all around compacts ever produced. I have tons of respect for imports but its funny because "he drives a viper so he thinks he can beat anybody." When you own a fast car its a lose lose situation. If you beat someone its always "well he spent $$$$$$ on his car it should beat me its a freakin viper....... If you get beat its hahahahah you spent all that money and got beat by a civic.

First of all, I own 2 different other 240's and 2 other cars that are not projects. The picture of the car above is not a 240 it is a true rhd silvia I purchased out of Okinowa, Japan. Second of all, as I said before I am not the type of person to put all my eggs in one basket, which means I don't sink all my money into one vehicle( try comprehending what you read). 3rd- as I said before i was posting the time to give you a basis for hp/wgt ratio of a s13 chassis not to try to say anything about how fast the car was or used to be. I could care less about your how you work your finances or what type of hp you had when you dynoed the car and what time slips you can get from your buddies..... try again...

so your car runs in the 10s now? The blue T/A? I wouldn't be so confident about running a nicely built 240 especially in a heavy ass F-body.
