Yea you can build it stronger if it blows.But why wait.why worry of damaging the turbo or other reusable parts if it blows..Guys that say that, they will build it when it blows are truely dumbasses in my book.
Do it right and do it once.The money you spend by piecing it together will be almost 2~3 times what a good build up would run..Esp when you factor it labor(unless you can build it yourself).

Then 500+ whp and 400something wtq on higher boost setting and maybe some c16ill be happy to get 550.
We'll see once she hits the dyno though....
