i was in no way trying to bash you marshall i have alot more respect for someone who doesn't try to be a sheister about what is done to their car you know.this being said we should all get together saturday day or night and make some runs. i want to run you on spray and i would like to get another run in with rick on motor and maybe deon on motor if he is out

LEAVINU by the way your car is right now is putting down simuliar #'s to a Intake/tune c6 z06 right??? well I kinda knew the outcome because z06 rev higher than c6's you should.+ your rev limiter and I think you can take a z06 out.I had a simuliar thing occur to me with a c5 z06 we would be even until it was time to shift so I + my rev limiter with a programer and was slowly walking him but this was when I only had exhaust....nice C6 by the way

I was pleased with the outcome. Gonna give Brad a call and see if we can line up no pass in either and see what happens. I think it's really to close to call but it should be interesting and a good comparison of added weight in a car.

Considering to I am down 18rwhp & 34rwtq from him I held my own.

I predict he'll pull ~1.5 cars if you both get an even start with no spinning.

You got out ahead about 1 car due to his spinning and he was able to pull that back, plus some, by the time you shut down.

Since you both ran with passengers last time, running both with no passengers won't show anything.

LEAVINU never jumped. But on the second race, I believe....I wasn't ready. Other than that, he was just simply leaving better than I was. I spun badly, 'cause I was giving it too much gas, and he was just modulating the throttle a lot better than I was. Very good runs. Just goes to show that different architecture in an engine can make a world of difference, not just simply the displacement. The LS2's are making a lot more horsepower than the LS6's, that were only .3L (about 20ci) smaller. The 6.2L LS3's are now stomping the LS2's. LS3's are making pretty damn competitive numbers with LS7's.

Can't wait to see the forged 10:1 compression 6.2L LS9 (LS3 with LS7 heads) at 10.5psi from the factory!!!!

Like we talked about on the phone I make no prediction nor will say I will win or he will win. I think both cars are very close and 700rpm more from the LS7 is where he is able to catch back up.

If only I could get some more revs.

Either way I would like to see just for $hits and giggles.

I don't mind running again, I'm sure we'll run into each other at some point.

It's always hard to tell when cars are pretty close, but one spins. Look at my run with Champ Coupe.....we were dead even up until about 115mph (he had to shift to 5th), but on the first run he couldn't hear my horn and got a little jump. That "little jump" turned into about 2+ cars, with him slowly pulling away the whole time. And in the video of me vs. the white GT 500....we would be DEAD EVEN if I spun. But if I hooked, I'd pull him 2 cars by time we shut down.

Hopefully next time we see each other, it's warmer out and don't have these issues.
