    You know I have nitrous...

Yeah you can spray up to a 250 but can your motor handle it up to 150mph on the street?

To your "sad you need to spray to keep up...." comment I will take the kit out and come up to the meeting spot on 100% motor if thats what you think. If I loose no hard feelings. You can inspect the car front to back under and over for a kit if you feel the need to be sure no bottle is present you can.

Bring some extra spark plugs though and I will be sure to bring a plug socket so we can change them on the side of the road if they foul.

The weekend is calling for isolated t-storms so hopefully they hold off cause it might just be a funnnnn Saturday night.

When did you get nitrous??? I was just under the hood of that thing. You sneaky bastard . I guess after someone gets pulled on so hard they have to make themselves feel better by saying the other person was spraying. After all we can't all tap are coils and can tell if the car has fouled plugs You know what I mean

I beg to differ......you called out Greg b/c you were running right. That night I showed up instead and as I was talking to the guy in the yellow evo you said you would run me.

It's ok we can leave that night in the past and start all over tomorrow.

Impressive but not really. "for durability testing we did nearly 100 DYNO pulls."

thats not durability testing thats a dyno queen. Not to mention for $16000 bucks it would still be side by side with a bottlefed cam only C6 with the right driver.:idb:

Ok, then a bottlefed and otherwise stock $8000 Hayabusa with only 1.3 liters will leave that bottlefed C6 from ANY speed. You can always build something cheaper and faster.

But is there another NORMALLY ASPIRATED, STOCK INTERNAL engine under 4 liters that can make over 600whp with a bolt-on turbo kit, nitrous, supercharger, etc? The only ones I know of that come close to 600whp are the n/a '84-'89 Porsche 911 and some of the '93-up n/a Supra/IS300/SC300 cars. There may be a few others, but none are domestics that I know of.

    You have to admit it's impressive. It's only a 3.2 vs the 6.0 LS2.
And the M3 is over $50k to begin with, came out in 2001, and there's not much available for the car yet........the small block Chevy at 5.7 liters (or more, depending on which one we're talking about) has been around since 1955, and the LS1 came out in 1997.
It will take a little more time but don't worry, it will only cost about 1/3 of that $16k to get over 600whp from that M3.

His C6 has no bottle on it. Its all motor. I just put the cam in that thing not long ago so I know there is no bottle on it. I just was under the hood a couple of days ago and no nitrous.

    Matt,
If this is the same guy (ask Boris) then from what I heard he has nitrous, but didn't use it that night.

Nitrous can be easily hidden, and/or removed in a short time......

Okkkkkkk- what is the basis of your bottlefed busa comment to anything I have said . Can always build something cheaper and faster..... this is pretty obvious dont you think.

Considering what I said before about the price of that particular turbo kit and the power it makes relative to a bottlefed cam only C6 was a great comparison as both cars are over $50k from the dealer. Although the M is in a smaller liter class doesnt mean anything to me. I love the M's for their looks and handling but they lack power stock to stock for the dollar. Why pay $5X for an M3 when I can have a C6 for the same if not lesser price. All this has nothing to do what b0ki and I have been talking about but since you brought it up I figured I would enlighten you.

Big props to the M3 guys that make that kind of power from a 3.2ltr... ...it is very impressive I never said it wasnt. I was simply poking at the price of the kit "he" linked me to in comparison to the power it makes. Thats all.

We are only 12hrs away from seeing was a cam only C6 can do against a BIG bottlefed M3. Then again b0ki said all he needed was a 100 shot to take me down. We will test that theory tonight boys and girls.

Be sure to bring a wrench someone so we can valdiate your jet's to what you verbally claim. Hate for you to have to sneak those 250hp jets in there and say they are 100hp jets just so you can ensure you beat my poor lil Vette.

I am gonna stop by advance auto and get some NOS in the can.

I'm not arguing which $50k car has more potential; it's obviously the C6 Vette. For $16k in mods, a C6 Vette can have a built motor AND make over 900whp. Nothing I haven't seen with the LS motors, I've been thinking of using them in several different cars myself because they are compact, lightweight, and not very expensive to build, not to mention they have high HP potential due to their capacity.

So you want him to bring tools so you can check his jets?

CAM ONLY LS2, huh? Are you gonna bring a pit crew to remove the intake manifold and heads so we can check?
