Are you sure about that R1 putting down 172? That bike had 152 from the factory at the engine (less at the ground), and needs a LOT of work to do 172 to the ground. I have both a 929 and a R1 like those 2.
BTW - regardless of the power output of the bikes, your car pulls really well.

could be, the difference is usually right around 9-10hp depending
