    i certainly hope so....and i will line up with anyone at the track.....fun is fun no matter who is in the other lane. MMP would be a good time to do it....on the 12th and they have openings left if you can stir up some more cars. Who wants to run me? Are you going to MMP?

    I should be there, my car is RUNNING as of 2 hrs ago...

    there is 30 spots left.. I'm spoken with a few EVO guys here on IA. Maybe they will come?

    both!!! like most of us on this forum. just be glad it's not multiple cars!! it's a disease with no cure for those of us who like speed. never matters what we make or the goals we set, 2 months after we hit it it's too slow again or if you're like me i blow it up again!!!

    Good God, I ran a 2007 1000 with 172whp and it pulled me noticeably harder than that.

    MMP...65 cars total..t-n-t and Edgar will have the track prepped the full 1320. No bs...no ricers...water draggin etc. Be nice to have some fast evos there....last time had 8-15 sec vehicles last time I went, i ran a 10.91 on real street tires with my wife in the car...the track was that good

    yeah, the track is really fast, my car traps 4mph better there! well... sorta... I did a little weight reduction before we went last time. Just curious though.... did you happen to see the fight with the husband and wife? newer style big tire firebird... He let her drive.... she can drive, but she doesn't listen haha he said, don't get in the left lane, she got in the left lane, he said don't launch on the limiter, she launched on the limiter, don't spray in first... you get the idea... the track was prepped so well everyone was breaking stuff... they busted an axle... then they fought. it was funny...

    october22nd 2005...travis decided to drive Tiffanys car...he had been drinking...he busted the posi and she chewed his ass in the middle of the lot in front of everybody....yeah i was there for that. Travis has a T/A..she has a camaro. It was a stock posi/rear so everyone knew it would go sooner or later but she was pissed. We still tease travis about it today.
    I broke my posi the same day but it would still drive....just made a popping noise when you turned sharp...thats how i was running street tires at the end...my wife was pissed and wanted to go down the track with me so i said "hop in!" I ran a 11.3--11.1--10.91 and my cooper zeon tires At SDR i have never gotten out of the 12s on street tires.

    I am going to steele sunday to try and get my med boost tune down. I have talked so much smack to Edgar about busting his ass that i gotta at least get close!!

    Why not goto LaGrange on Sunday? There will be a pretty fast white coupe there, along with a pretty fast Sn-95. Edgar's car is pretty damn fast for a 347. But I doubt you have the suspension like he does... or do you? I've only seen your car from the stands. I've never peaked at it. I hope to see you go 9.40s or better. I drove my car yesturday after work... I still have some bugs to work out... I think it's going to take me a while to get it dialed in

    Steele is 1/4...3900# needs a little stretch to get going Edgar has a nice running ride and nice looking too. I just like to tease him and call him out...he knows I am all about the fun. I hope to eventually go 9.40s or better but not sunday. I got a LOT of tuning to do and sunday will be just a good time to get a base to to build a high boost map from. In the 1/4, i am in 3rd gear from the 1/8 mark to the 1/4 so i get a lot of cells covered and and a lot of good data.

    Forgive my memory but what do you drive? I assume you just got a new combo. Mind telling what it is? I got all at one time...new motor/converter/turbo kit/injectors/tuning software so i have a lot to get done to make all out passes. I got a great place to go tune late at night but with work, I cant go out late enuff so off to the track
