We put a hold on restoring the body due to the recent drops in temperature. They couldnt fab up my quartel panels in cold enviroments. But the car is going to be fiberglassed roof, front fenders and the entire rear quarter panels. We're going to start building the motor next week so we can cut back on down time
600 whp in an s13 is insanity. I really dont know why anyone would do that because im pretty sure that if i hit anything in my s13 I will probably die. 300-350 whp suits me fine. By the way, what motor are you making 600+ 2jz ?

My RX7 is about to go under the knife to get a good bit more power. I've had the motor sitting ready for about a year, just never had time to get it in. Finishing the body work right now, and working on the interior.
Mustang will get some more power once the RX7 is done. Interior is finished on it, and the body work is about to be done.

DCR/SCR, VE's, timing and a few other things come into play, but I'm perty phuckin' sure I'll be doing 800+ rw fairly easily on 93 pump. Just gotta know which direction the domino's are gonna fall

If you think making 700 whp from 3.0 liter 6 cyls (and sometimes evern 2.0 liter 4 cyls) isnt impressive, you just arent paying attention. How much displacement and number of cylinders do you have?

I think your mistaken the only time my car was a 1/4 miles track with my last setup a 370 and a T-88 it ran a 12.1 because I blew my intercooler piping off so I had no boost. The times you were refering to was in the 1/8th mile at 4/12LBS of boost. Your right my car isn't around anymore but I will be more than happy to meet you tonight and drag you with my Z06 40-160 for $200.00. Since you want to bring up the race with the truck, Ill go ahead and explain the reality for everyone... Which is that my transmission came apart right after we discussed specifics (I have a witness to it coming apart also, if you require confirmation.) There was no bitching-out...it was that shit breaks and sometimes you cant race. I am just now getting it back, so I havent had the truck since then. You, of all people, should understand this, seeing that youve had more problems with your cars than most anyone I know (which is really ironic since you own a shop.)
If you want to race all the way to 160, we're going to do it for a lot more money than $200. It needs to be worth my while. I am not discussing it further in a public thread though. Im not sure why people insist on talking money in public callouts these days, esp with all the heat lately. Oh yeah... its because it makes people feel like big men to make call-outs with neato-sounding metaphors.
Incase you missed what I said earlier, Im going to pick up my truck in South Carolina in a couple hours. I wont be back until midnight or later, so its going to have to wait until next week. If Im going out any tonight, itll be with the truck. Besides, that'll give you time to make sure all your intercooler piping hoses are tight on the 'vette (or your bottle is filled and heated, if its not turbo.)

Dont get me wrong, you werent the one I was talking about whining about pump gas originally. Also, the "pump gas is for pussies" comment was meant specifically for a few people on here... Its a joke from a thread a while back...
Unfortunately there is a limit when you just cant get any more power out of a small-displacement motor without more octane for boost/timing. Believe me, Id just as soon not pay 10/gallon for gas all the time, but meth injection is harder to tune and they arent the most reliable and accurate systems out there. Its not worth the headache.
2 HP/cubic inch is pretty good specific output, esp for a large cube motor. Im sure itll be a fun ride when you get it done.

I feel completely inadequate when you guys start talking 700 hp ha ha. I would really like to see the supra vs. zo6 40 to 160 though. If the vette is n/a he would probably have a better chance from a dig b/c i know my sr is definately a 2nd half car in the quater mile and if this guys starts spooling its going to get out of hand quickly.
