just remember, you will get what you pay for.
go cheap, then don't expect high hp.
spend the bills, and you shall be rewarded.

someone had the sig saying something like
    cheap+reliable=not fast
    fast+cheap=not reliable
    fast+reliable=not cheap.
    can't remember who it was.

i would rather drop the bills to get the good parts, over going cheap. thats just me though.

What is your compression? Is your motor high or low compression, or is it completely stock internals? Just wondering, if it is high compression then I wouldn't go with boost... What are your power goals for it? A tune might be your most cost efficient way to gain a few horses...

It's actuall N.O.S. But, whatever. Nitrous oxide is probably your best bet. If you get it tuned right it can do wonders! Goinfasterthanu was spraying runn high 12's with a H22 in an EG hatch on streets.

Boost is cool but do you want to deal with the boost issues, oil feed, extra oil consumption, etc..?

If your going to take it serious and buy a NICE setup and not an ebay kit then go boost.

whats the budget? nitrous is the best bang for the buck....i prefer turbo...for $2500 you can get a bolt on turbo kit then just add 550cc injectors, a walbro 255 and a tune and you got a 12 second car. i ran 12.50's with a stock gsr, drag gen III, 550's, walbro 255, and scotty crome tune on 7psi in a vx hatch that weighed 2250lbs w/ me in it..also ran 12.20's with stock gsr, peakboost topmount, 550's, walbro 255, and a jkobd basemap on 10psi in a 93 dx 4 door that wieghed 2650lbs w/ me in it.
