yep it is buyer beware. I picked up a oil pick up tube from a member on here and it was obvious the motor had spun a bearing. Just all kinds of trash inside of it. I only discovered it while cleaning the part as i usually do. The praticles were so far down the tube there was no way i was going to see that garbage in there. I could probably salvage it but why risk a fresh rebuild , just buy it new when the community can't supply a good used part.
