the wheels should have never been given to justin in the first place. furthermore, justin should not have given the wheels to random hero, and random hero knew they werent justins, so he should not have sold the car with wheels that didnt belong to him on there. the buyer of the car should not be punished for this.

the situation boils down to who made money off the wheels. apparently randomhero sold them on a car. well i hate to shit on someones parade, but either random hero reimburses the owner of the wheels 1800 dollars or you're going to end up in jail. 1800 is a felony. you're not talking about petty theft here. FELONY. that means the government thinks youre bad enough not to let you vote. k?

if youre over the age of 21, and cant walk into a bank and walk out with 2000 dollars either from a loan, or heaven forbid your own bank account then you currently fail at life.

i dont see how there are so many shitty transactions.

im not going to lie, the owner of the wheels is a dumbass for letting them walk away. to hell if i would let someone i barely knew "hold onto" something worth nearly 2 grand. 500 dollars, or even 100 bucks. lol... im sorry but you need to know how to watch your own back. being the victim sucks, but you should be able to prevent most transactions from putting you in a victim position.
