Thanks Pat! It's much more difficult to get information when these guys are avoiding me at all costs. Especially when they even claim to want to "Work it out". I suppose getting the law involved works a lot better.

***UPDATE***

Just received notice today from Cobb County's Sherriff's office that Justin Stringer has been served. He has 30 days to respond from the subpoena.

Just so everyone is informed, I will be pressing charges against Ryan once the final court decision has been made.

Thanks for everyone's support, the legal system will definitely work everything out.

Sorry, I haven't updated everyone. Yes, the case did go to court, I was a couple minutes late (5) and was dismissed without prejudice. Which means I simply need to refile, which I will in February. I haven't had time since Ive been very busy.

I'll keep everyone posted.

Oh yea, I did not forget about the case either as I have spoke with Random Hero's ex-roommate, who knows the entire story and has fully told me he admitted fault. He will be joining me as well in the courtroom.

Sorry, it takes approximately 3 months after filing to get a court appearence. Thanks for everyone support.

Hmm. Seems you are late to just abouut everything. Late picking your wheels up, late to court...too busy to keep up with things. Perhaps that's why this entire thing is in the position that it is now?

I can understand about you wanting your shit back and all of this, but if you put up this much fuss over it and had a court date set for this. How could you be late? I mean making this much fuss and talking so much about it you should have gotten there early just for the hell of it. I don't know anyone on here, but for some reason was pulled into the story and read the entire 8 pages of responses.

Seller was obvioulsy being an EXTREMELY nice guy and putting WAY too much faith in people. I wouldn't trust someone I didn't know with a dollar bill. No if's or and's about it. That's just the way I am.

What is this shit about the seller sleeping in and missing a meeting time/place to pick up HIS rims? The rims he was nice enough to let you roll around on without paying for them?? Why can't you bring them to HIM. Why does he need to go to YOU. He was doign YOU a favour.
I could have sworn somewhere in one of these msg's or txt's, it was mentioned they "lived a few minutes away". SIT INFRONT OF THE GUYS HOUSE??? Knock on his damn door? You bought the car from his house obviously? It's not like you didn't know where he could be found?

Lot's of things on both sides could have gone differently. All comes down to the court date...that the OP set up, after finding people, sending out subpeonas and whatnot and paying to get it set up.....and he didn't show up for it. If I was a judge, I would call this case harrassment right now cause if OP was 100% on his game with the truth, he woulda got his ass to the court on time.

Shoulda never let the wheels go.
Woulda made better arrangements to get em back..
Coulda got up and got to the Court Date that HE set up.

Lesson learned. He said, she said is what it's coming down too...
