GILLY Bad seller

I traded this guy my truck, with a set of rims and a D16y8 motor for the bike he had for sale, he told me the bike was in great condition needed nothing, he said it had a tune up and everything well look at the thread he made. I made the trade at night bad desion, next day i found out the chain had rust so it was not new, the oil had chunks in it so no tune up, radiator fluid was never changed. The shifter was broken in two places i noticed this when i got it and he said it was just a looses screw, when i got it home it relized it was broken and zip tied back together. Half the body was zip tied to the bike, it is missing like evry possible screw. So after fixing all of this stuff i put my first full tank of gas in it oh and it leaks the **** out of gas, no big deal i guess if you fill the tank half way. So i take the bike to a shop to get it looked at and that is when i find out the bike is completly unsafe to ride because it is missing two bolts out of the back sprocket that hold the wheel on and the front disk is missing two pins that keep the disc in place and the onl;y way to fix that is to buy a whole rotor (300 buck). So I call the guy and ask him for some help fixing the issues and he tells me basically that non of the stuff was like that, i did it on the way home because i rode it to hard which was inpossible and he knows it because of the shifter being the way it was it was almost impossible to shift in the first place. Oh yeah and on my way home i stopped to get gas and the bike would not start i had to get spomone to push start me because the battery was completly ****ed i had to get a new one. So yeah i got ****ed buy this guy he told me the bike was perfect needed nothing was a great daily and tottally lied about everything so if your gonna get anything from this guy just be careful because i kinda figuered he was going to do this after we traded cause he just like dipped after we traded like he was in a hurry to get away or something. BVut what ever you learn from your mistakes right.

The ****ed up part about it is that he wont even heklp me pout at all he basically is just saying he ****ed me and he does not care. All i asked for is for him to help pay for half the parts or give me the rims and the motor back so i could get some cash and he said sorry

I've seen a lot of mangled bikes put back together good enough to ride, and poor sap who is excited about getting a bike, doesn't take the needed time to inspect everything.

No the things that i found wrong were the things he pointed out , (the shifter) thats all everything else i have had to fix yeah i have almost gottenb it back to normal but it seems everytime i fix one thing i find something else and the day after i got this i tried to get him to help me out i tried to today before posting all of this and he basically told me to **** off so that is why i posted this so everyone else would know what kind of person he is, thats all. I would have kept it between him and i if he would have helped me out a little, like i said when i first got the bike he told me there was absolutly nothing wrong with it he told me it had just gotten a tune up and all, not done, i am fine with fixing a couple of things i mean the bike is a 97 but when there are serious thing that need to be fixed like the sprocket and the brakes, i think i should know about it before i go driving down the interstate, he kept it from me you see what im saying if he would have told me what was wrong i would have still traded him minus the rims and motor but i would have gotten someone to pick it up for me, noit attempted to drive it home. Thats all im saying, i mean i even asked are you sure it is safe and he replied yes i promise there is nothing wrong with it

I didnt find out this stuff untill i took it to a shop and they pointed it out to me, and the part with the sprocket you cant even buy the peices that are missing you have to buy the entire front brake disc( told from suzuki)

Im not riding it tonight i just found out about the brakes and the sprocket tofday im not riding it at all, Yeah guys im lying about all this ****, forget i said anything at all ok guys. sad to hear man....I knew the bike was a POS just by his ad...If you looked on his ad an the one on craigslist last year was when some stuff was replaced an he changed the dates on IA to say its all new....Sorry you got screwed, but lesson learn next time take someone else to check it out....He was selling it b/c it was a POS now its your POS....If you need someone to work on it lmk I got a hook up..But the bad thing is if he would have told you about some of the unsafe issues then you would not have drove it, but due that he didnt what if you got really hurt on it b/c the bolts came off...WOW man your lucky...Get that thing fixed before you ride it...Make it safe Best of luck...BTW GILLY I hope you get Banned Bro

ok just so all of you know he got the bike from 1civic on here and he got it from highspeed so the ad you seen on craigslist was not him you d!ck and there was nothing wrong with the bike when he had it i seen and drove the bike so i think this guy is just trying to get **** done to the bike that he f@cked up and josh if you go back and read all this guys post you will see he gets cought it a few lies his self on here unless he went back and fixed them

So there are two bikes that look just like this one right, so the one on craiglist would be a different one than this on kngkahious your a ****ing dumbass, i have not lied about anything on here the bike is unsafe thats all i gotta say and a professional told me that, the guy i got it from told me the bike was drivable and he lied. End of story. I dont ****ing care if anyone on here belives me or not, the **** i did to the bike i fixed ands i have had to spend 300 bucks on it already after the guy i got it from told me i wouldnt have to spend anything because the bike was perfect. And what the **** are you talking about i want money because i tried to fix it and broke stuff i took it to a shop they fixed stuff not me and all they did is make the bike better and point out serious problems that i dont have money to fix, thats why i told this kid i got the bike from to help me fix some of the things, because he lied to me so you can go **** your mom in the ass and shut the **** up untill you actually see the bike in person and see what needs to be fixed. kngkahious is gilley's cousin (according to earlier posts by both of them) and in the past has even said that gilley screwed him (gilley's real name is Jeremy, and he used to go by another screename). I caught gilley in numerous lies in the past, so I am not surprised.
The reality is this though - even though he may or may not have scammed you - you let it be done. You should have taken someone else to inspect the bike, and done it during the day.
Now there is one thing to do - get the bike together and learn from it.
Everyone else - let the buyer beware.

Yeah the red button is on lol, i dont know what the **** is wrong with it, im just gonna chill out on it for the weekend, i am so pissed off right now i dont even wanna deal with it, i was stuck at QT last night untill 1:45 because i couldnt find anyone with a truck then i finnally did and they broght the bike to my house, I have been trying to fix it all day and have had no luck, I actually had a guy from on here stop and try to help me out, surprised he has not said anything on here he would be a perfect witness to all this being true because i pointed out all the things that were wrong and he was also trying to help me strart it last night, im not sure what his name on here was but he said he was about to buy the bike before i got it. If anyone knows a good place near athens that i could take this thing to to get everything fixed let me know, right now im looking at a new ignition because the wries are tottally ghetto and what ever is wrong with it getting a spart, also i will pay someone to fix whatever else may be wrong with this thing i just want it to be reliable its no fun getting stuck on a bike when its hot a **** outside
