kngkahious is gilley's cousin (according to earlier posts by both of them) and in the past has even said that gilley screwed him (gilley's real name is Jeremy, and he used to go by another screename). I caught gilley in numerous lies in the past, so I am not surprised.
The reality is this though - even though he may or may not have scammed you - you let it be done. You should have taken someone else to inspect the bike, and done it during the day.
Now there is one thing to do - get the bike together and learn from it.
Everyone else - let the buyer beware.
