I really want this to be settled but people always underestimate situations.

I just called the guy, and basically he said he didn't care what I do. He said he was going to bring it back, but he had to get the car repaired so now he doesn't fell like giving it back.

heres what you're gonna want to do

1. get a piece of pvc pipe about 3 feet long and 2 inches around
2.get a piece of barbwire about 3 ft long
3. stick the pvc pipe up his ass
4. insert the barbed wire into pvc pipe

He hasn't posted what happened because he is in jail.

He is a friend of a friend, and here is the story I got.

He went down to the guys house to get his shit back and the guy got up in his face, so the original poster pulled out a gun and pistol whipped him. But didn't have the balls to shoot him so he drove off. The guy who got pistol whipped called the cops and they found the original poster still with the handgun on him so he was arrested for assault and battery and not having the weapon registered.
