I just called the guy, and basically he said he didn't care what I do. He said he was going to bring it back, but he had to get the car repaired so now he doesn't fell like giving it back.

He is a friend of a friend, and here is the story I got.
He went down to the guys house to get his shit back and the guy got up in his face, so the original poster pulled out a gun and pistol whipped him.
