ok lets address this issue this guy says im over an hour late when i called and talked to him 30 mins before meet time and tell him i was lost in duluth. Second issue i tested the HID's befor i left the house he should ask his boy why the hids dont work his dumbass was touching the bulbs with his bare hands and person knows not to do that. I have made many sucessful trades and sales before and actually one earlier that day. My mistake was trading with a person such as himself.
I'm inclined to say bullshit on this for one reason only. In his initial post, the buyer say anything about the bulbs coming on at all and then going out and not working anymore. He simply stated that it didn't work. In all my years(20 now), I have never caused or seen an unconnected bulb blow just by touching it. If you touch a bulb and connect it, it will come on and then blowout.
