91 crx stolen by Will Manuele

I sold my 91 crx with a b16a swap to this person on a payment plan. He quit making payments months ago Ive pressed charges and got a default court date. Hired a repossession company and at this point he must have hid the car or something and we cannot find him or the car. The car is a very noticeable red, may look orange in street light. It has z3 fenders molded on and noticeable damage to passenger rear quarter panel at the molding for the body kit thats been on it forever. Last time i saw the car it had honda fat five rims also.

These pictures are the most recent i have but keep in mind things may have been changed on the car such as im pretty sure he changed to stock lights etc. Although the color is very noticeable and i havent seen any others this color around atlanta. The interior is also different and it had momo stickers in the rear triangle shaped windows. Yeah yeah i know its ricey but i need to get my car because im not letting the thief keep it and i need money. Thank you in advanced for any information on the whereabouts of this person or the vehicle

thanks thing that sucks is you can know the person there parents house place where they were working and everything and if they go into hiding else were or worst case scenario leave the state ur sol. The bad thing is i was working with him and hes having to change everything in his life and will go to jail over 2000 dollars in payment. Amazing what people do.

he was a friend and signed multiple contracts etc but yes he is heavy set has a couple tatoos including a cross on one forearm. If you do have a number id appreciate it id give it a try. Chances are hes changed it unless its pretty recent he goes through phones

i have the title in my name he was on a lien. Liens been canceled and the default court date is this week. So basically hes ducked out on the court notice and this is when the hiding began and i hired to repo company who hasnt had luck either. But yes this car is legally and fully my property i have the title multiple contracts and records of his payments..well lack there of

yes he will go to jail if pulled over and hopefully hell be pulled over in my car even though its unlikely..or before it is gone. Truth is its a shame to see someone go to jail over 2 grand...but thats my money and hes had multiple chances to hand it over. Now i and the repo company have even gone to extents of trying to bribe his pissed of father and if i were to get my car in decent shape or with a sum of money along with the car equaling money owed i would drop the charges. All of this is incredibly stupid on his part and part of the reason for this post is so that people dont conduct business with him after he is car less or if he trys to sell the car on here as some kind of no title track car or something shady of the sort. I would hate to see someone pay someone pay a sum of money for the car or parts and me have to bring possession of stolen property into the mess.

incase the thief in question happens to be on import atlanta since all other contact has been cut tommorow is the default court date. You know that the car is considered stolen property and that i want it returned. Tomorrow is the court date that you were served notice for, and is your last chance to come clean with out further consequences such as grand theft auto charges. This is the last chance i am giving you to man up and not throw your life away over a $2000 dollar lack of payment. Also thanks to everyone keeping an eye out for my car.

Yeah, he is a crook and wannabe. He has always done shady things to get by or make money. First time I met him, he tried to sell me weed right in front of the main office in high school. Last time I talked to him, he had a CRX that was having issues and it was at a shop getting fixed. The shop was located in Kennesaw and he worked at the shop. I wish I had more current info.

ive seen a car that looks like this a couple times at my job. i work at the QT off thorton rd on i20. ive never seen the back end so idk if its a crx or a civic, but like you said that paint is unique. the 1 ive seen has a hood scoop tho and a black male drives it from what i remember. if that is your car it looks like he sold it. if i see it again il try and get a look at the tag and ask the guy about it. last time i saw it was about 2 months ago.

Thast funny, the way the court works is like this.. You have a lien on the car he is in default of making payments, u can repo the car or take him too CIVIL COURT!
If he does get served the paperwork and doesnt show then you can get a default judgement against him. THen you can get him arrested for being in contempt of court and then have him arrested.
But if he wasnt served any paper work too appear in court, you cant do shit only repo the car, when it is found! In reallity he didnt STEAL anything for you. He might be in default, but the car wasnt actually stolen and you cant get him for that eighter.

Also he can go pull the swap out and give you back the shell only,if he does that all you can do is sue him again. I think you should learn the laws before you decied to finance a car for someone again!

there is no lein as of now the court has charged him with hiding stolen property. A nationwide warrant goes through next week and I've heard he is in another state. We have judgments against him and he will be arrested. ^keep your mouth shut unless you fully know the situation instead of being a thread jacking a**. He signed multiple contracts as of what he is getting and what will happen if he has to return the car in like condition and it was a well documented situation. You cant control people leaving the state. He's going to jail one way or another and the most i lose is a honda he owed 2k on but at least he wont be doing it to someone else. Chances are ill get it in worse condition but i can get some money from whats left.
