I own a 1995 BMW 740il, its a gold colorand front bumper may be busted on the left side of the car. The only thing that makes it stand out is carbon fiber bmw badges on the car.
Here is the backround. I sold the car to the guy with a downpayment. By contract he had another week to pay the rest in full or the car could be repossed without reinbursment(spelling?) .Well that was about 10 months ago. He lives in Stone mountain and has his own photography business. My attorney gave me 2 options. Pay for a repo company to deal with it ~$375 or do it myself. I know he lives up there somewhere and I am working on getting the address now.
Until recently he has not returned my calls or tried to make contact with me. The other day he made contact wanting to finish the deal. The contract price is $1200. SO i told him that was the price in writing and he insisted on $1000. He hung up on me i suppose he was pissed about an extra $1200... I told him in voicemail 2 days later, just to finish this I would do $1000. I have called twice since and he wont give me callback. This was 2 weeks ago.
"I thought it made perfect sense. He lives in Stone mountain and commutes to athens.
I have his address am I allowed to post it here and maybe someone in stone mountain can see if its in drive way. As well I have the title and a legal contract that gives me all rights to the car.
He had the car towed and made a fake bill of sale to get it out of the car lot, which is probably felony all in itself.
Not an act of kindness, it would be kind if I didnt kick him in the nuts if i decide to get the car.
Lawyer Says I have 3 Options:
1. self repo(i have the spare key)
2. Hire repo
3. Go to Court"
I am sorry the pic sucks...
