Thread: spotted a GUTTED!!! dc2 usdm ITR

    somebody answers me this

    I thought the ITR had the diode in the key making the more difficult to steal???
    yes??no?? ......I know some of the thieves have master keys but that would
    just get you in the car & turn the ignition,but without the CORRECT diode it would never crank??? or do these guy replace the OEM ecu with their own ecu

    97-98 didn't have the chip in the key.

    and even if they did, there's a real easy bypass to steal the 00-01's as well.

    This goes for all integras, and probably all years of honda vehicles in the US fyi.

    I wonder how much that shell will go for.....
