I think if you cropped off some of the walkway this shot would be better... if the long exposure starring effect was toned down a little it would help refine this pic with a little more balance. also you could use your contrast control and run your contrast into the negative then shorten out your histogram on the left to get rid of some of that haze overhead.
I love the saturated colors across the middle.
Good that you are thinking critically!
The walk way is overpowering the rest of the composition. It is lens distorted making it bigger and unreal looking while the rest of the picture is not. Also if the picture is cropped higher it will pronounce the grass triangles a bit more for an eye leading effect.
dude you have some good timing, i did a quick edit to what you stated earlier. lmk how this one in comparison

better! now, do you know about the warp tool? you can fix the barrel distortion with it to square up your perspective. in photoshop make your image a layer then go to edit>transform>warp (or perspective/combination) and play around with the layer to shape your image more to a natural perspective.
I liked the walkway in the picture is why I was asking. I think I am focusing on the wrong things when I take photos... like making the photo "cool" to look at but without substance. I'm just trying to develop a better angle to critically analyze photography from.
But yeah. You were right. The cropped photo looks better.
Of course there is no right or wrong... just what I'm doing isn't working. ( I'm just getting into this. )
Thanks.

my new seats!
really diggin' your shots with the backgrounds deleted. did you try and burn the steering wheel or the dash at all? seems a little feathered right now around the path. soften the seam between the black a little better?
forreal love this shot. might have to try it myself this weekend.
