oh, as for valuable contributions; this thread has been a game of ping pong the whole time. while i agree that the engine wouldn't just magically start smoking and was probably bad when pulled, all of this banter is going nowhere. the same points have been made over and over, and yet there is still no resolution to the issue at hand. the thread still remains and people can read it and formulate their own opinions on the seller's ethics (or lack thereof), but going back and forth isn't going to do anything as everyone is going to remain hard-headed on the matter.
