i wish i would have taken picture before i started....it was bad...the yard was horrible!!!!

i know it needs work but long story short....

-owners pay for paint...i paint inside and outside
-i pull up F'd up hardwood...owners pay for new stuff
-i do yardwork
-rent for 1 year(to prove myself) cheaper than what my apartment costs me
-after that year we do owner financing

will be white with black shutters...

needs work for sure but i have no problems getting it done...my uncle owns a painting business so i have all the proper equipment to get the outside done in 1 weekend and it will look 100% better. yard work was done this weekend and i started on the floor in the living room and painted to kitchen a light tan color. all the wall paper is being pulled off and everything is being repainted. i expect to have everyhting done and moved in within 2 weeks
