    Default MOOOOOVIN ON UUUUP!

    i wish i would have taken picture before i started....it was bad...the yard was horrible!!!!

    i know it needs work but long story short....

    -owners pay for paint...i paint inside and outside
    -i pull up F'd up hardwood...owners pay for new stuff
    -i do yardwork
    -rent for 1 year(to prove myself) cheaper than what my apartment costs me
    -after that year we do owner financing

    will be white with black shutters...











    car parts storage lol



    living room...





    kitchen....



    dining room...



    laundry room...



    used to be garage...future pool room...





    storage off future pool room...



    2 of these bedrooms...



    bath in hallway...



    master bedroom...



    master bath...






    needs work for sure but i have no problems getting it done...my uncle owns a painting business so i have all the proper equipment to get the outside done in 1 weekend and it will look 100% better. yard work was done this weekend and i started on the floor in the living room and painted to kitchen a light tan color. all the wall paper is being pulled off and everything is being repainted. i expect to have everyhting done and moved in within 2 weeks

    Sweet! I say you do something about that fence in the backyard though. Glanced at it real quick and i thought there was a deck or something. Looked at it again and saw grass

    yeah that part of the wood fence needs to be fixed for sure. nothing a few nails wont fix...im still back and forth on re-staining it or painting it.

    dnt really know too much abot buying houses but if you do all the wrk fixing it up before you buy it, when they get it appraised to sell it to you wont it cost u more bc YOU increased the equity in the house? id get a set price for what theyll set it to you if u ay on time and keep it up and all. and make sure they dnt let you fix it up and afer a year somebody else offeres them money for it and you're out on the street and wasted ur time and money. Just something that came to mind a second ago. Look into it man.

    There is a color called concrete my mom used on 3 houses she flipped and it turned out great w/ black shutters just thought might throw up a color easier to maintain and it's an appealing color

    Nice, I'm renting a decent house for the mortgage rate, nothing on top. This is my second term renting it. I think I want to try and borrow some cash from my dad at the end of next year and try to buy this house.

    as the owner if you can do a lease purchase that way some or all of your rent for 1 year will go toward your down payment. it doesnt hurt to ask....
