    Since your interested... The metal framed building was a gift from the wife with the lift and various other tools so I didn't have to lay on the concrete floor working on her cars anymore. No she doesn't have a sister.

    The metal shop was 35k insulated and 8 inches of concrete for the slab (which was a majority of the cost). The addition that I just added which is wood framed was roughly 5-6k doing it all ourselves so far except for the concrete.

    Here are a few shots of it where it is now. Yes I know it is bright purple but the kid's love it and that's all that matters! The purple actually made it look 1/2 the size.
