if you use the selection tool and use shift while doing it (to select all together) and select all the windows and change the exposure it wil come out a lot better
better than what i could do...
but still not good...

Isn't the idea of a windshield to "shield from wind"? Hence back windows (hatch glass in this case) isn't a windshield.
Did you use windows paint?oh yeah, it's cinder block silly!
