    Damn Trinh, your neighbors are really gonna hate you now!

    I'm contemplating putting a 3 car with lifts behind the house down here .... even if I do rent it out (will rent it to a friend). Cut the trees down already.

    I think thats a good investment..EVen so, like you say you can rent it out by the hours...You sure have the space for it..YOU CAN SELL THAT MUSTANG TO ME FOR THE SAME PRICE YOU PAID FOR TO FINANCE THAT ULTIMATE GARAGE.
