    hell yea fried ice cream is the shit,we have it here at the mexicans restraunts here in town,every wednesday i hit it up for margarita night and fried ice cream

    actually fried ice cream is well known in thailand also.. been there since ages.. iono where its originally from.. but the one i know fried ice cream.. they put it on fire.. and you eat it afterwards... they have it in thai resturants...
