    its like ice cream within a covered fried shell around .. the shell is made of some krispy stuff like cornflakes and eggs I think.. then topped with strawberry or chocolate..

    definatly mexican... and mmm so good. I got it one time and the cornflakes were moldy and i told the lady there, and she tried to convince me that they were suppose to be like that. I was like since when are corn flakes green. She then took it back and didn't bring me another and still tried to charge me. I was kinda angry

    roll up a ice cream ball, dip in crushed cornflakes, flash fry for bout 3 seconds, put whipped cream and chocolate on top....used to work at mexican restarunt so i can make it like no other

    You could always use crumbled up pound cake instead. It's soooo much better than cornflakes. Just make sure that you freeze the ball before you fry it.

    i have yrs of culinary experiance. the best fried ice cream, goes as such: big scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. roll in a mixture of oats, cinnamon and sugar. deep fry for a sec and voila...tasty stoner treat. its nummers
