    Ohh yea I know...the builder that I am thinking of buying a house with, KB Homes, has a 5 year interest only for new houses. I mean its not TOO much of a difference between regular payments and interest only, but for the ones who make a certain amount of money a month it is good to save a couple hundred on a mortgage.

    Live in 2 bedroom apartment, with best friend. Making about 8.50 an hour, 8:30 to 5:30 40 a week i think, at one job and on weekends, make extra in the morning delivering produce. so maybe close to 2 grand a month. Apartments 550 a month, but i dont pay it hahah.

    Live with a friend and his parents at the moment because my mom kicked me out a few months ago. Im about to be moving in and paying rent with a freind who just bought a house though...

    i have my own apartment with a roommate that i hardly ever see. i'm hardly ever home either so don't ask me why i still pay for my apartment. it comes out of my check so i really can't do anything about it. haha.

    townhouse ftw with my boy from like 5 years we split everything down the middle 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath and a garage around 915 a month hmmmm maybe thats why car has been in the same stage for about 3 years but i love not having to pay rent i love seening that my money is actually going towards something

    We are so in suburbia. 4/2.5, 2 car garage, fenced yard, great schools... I love it & wouldn't change a thing. OK, I guess I could handle having a Skyline in the garage.

    $485 per month apartment (manager discount, normally $810/mo, 3 BR 2 BA), free utilities, no drive to work (i walk across the parking lot) and I have 2 roomies!

    cost of living up there is ridiculous. i dont know how someone in college could make it without some type of help. most people around here pay 250-400/month in rent depending on how nice of a place they are living. but that is split between roomates, so something like 750-1200 a month i guess for a 3 br house.
