i have fast metabolism also ..
when i was working out my max weight was 150's that was when i was 20 ..
all i did was eat my 4 meals and in between eat peanut butter from the jar ..
did me pretty good when i was working out ..
now im 130's not working out and just bumming out ..
cant do shit since my hand was broken for quite awhile ..
hopefully i can get back into training ..
ive recently just started to use free weights and just curl ..
and do some pull ups and push ups ..
