Ok, due to my all mighty metabolism, I can't gain weight for shit. I mean I heard some ways on gaining it and building muscle at the same time. I weight 125 pounds and 5'10 tall. My eating habits isn't very tolerate. Can't eat much for some reason. Tips would greatly help on gaining weight and building muscle. My goal is 150. Not asking very much. Just want REAL results.

I am a girl. and i will check it out. but cannot garauntee things will work, been like this since middle school and doctors put me on a medicationthat slows my metabolism down, it has yet to effect me nor help me gain a pound.
but i do exersize regularly and eat atleast 3 meals, not all the same times daily due to work and all that but i do eat the proper amount. a good friend said to eat faster when i start, so that i do not notice i am eatting alot more. tried it and got full alot faster and actually could not eat as much as eatting normal pace.

. Ive weighed the same since senior year and i usually lose a pound or 2 and gain it back but i cant gain ne more.
