Ammo help
Just picked up a box of .40 from a buddy of mine who is a former Carroll County SD. These particular rounds have a stamp on the bottom that I have never seen before. It has the typical 40 S&W stamp but the other stamp is two stars with a curved line connecting them - sorta like a shooting star symbol. Anyone have a clue as to what they are? I have been trying to get a picture of it but can't get the right angle to show it.
The hollow point largely resembles Winchester Ranger T Series. When these expand, it opens up and six claws are exposed. Not sure if that helps.
